This policy explains how Lamorna Villa, operated by Decoded Properties ("we", "us"), handles the personal information you share with us through this website.
When you send an enquiry through our forms or by email, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, and the information in your message (such as dates, guest numbers and the nature of your enquiry). We do not collect payment details on this website.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss and arrange your stay, dinner, event or shoot, and to keep in touch about your booking. Our lawful basis for this is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our property.
Enquiries submitted through the website are handled by our website host and delivered to our email inbox over secure, encrypted connections. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting booking.
We do not sell your information. We only share it where necessary to provide a service you've asked for (for example, with a chef or supplier arranging your dinner or event), or where required by law. Bookings made through Airbnb are governed by Airbnb's own privacy policy.
This website is intentionally simple and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make any such request, or if you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@decodedproperties.co.uk.
